Disclaimers of Warranty and Limitations of Liability

We warrant to you that, where you buy a product as a consumer, any product purchased from us through our Site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied and will conform with the description supplied. Customers are to ensure the product they are purchasing is in sound order and performs as intended at time of purchase. We are not liable for items that are found to be defective or damaged after purchase.

 

Returns/Exchanges

shopglow.ca will not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

Replacements

Replacements are ONLY limited to products that are found to be defective and do not function for the primary purpose they are intended for upon receipt of your shipment. shopglow.ca will not accept replacements without prior authorization and the issuance of an RMA number. Replacements can only be done for a product of equal or lesser value. 

To request the issuance of an RMA number please send an email to support@shopglow.ca identifying the following pieces of information:

Order Number
Date order was placed
Product that is defective
Describe the defect

Once you have submitted your request, please allow 1-3 business days to review your request. If your request is approved, we will send you further information on the next steps needed to proceed with the replacement process.

In the instances, where an RMA number is issued, customers should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of box(es) containing the returned product(s). Packages must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the RMA approval email and returned to shopglow.ca

After we have received your package, please allow 7-14 business days for final processing of RMA and to issue your replacement.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to shopglow.ca
Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear any shipping charges required and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. If any component of the returned product is missing, shopglow.ca's Replacement Procedure reserves the right to reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional restocking fee against the customer for replacement of the missing components.

 

Shipping

shopglow.ca does NOT ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid street address as your delivery address to avoid delays from having your order processed and delivered.

shopglow.ca will ship out all orders within 10 business days of order placement via Canada Post. Customers will be notified should an item be out of stock and require additional days for completion of order fulfilment. Upon your order being shipped, following are the Canada Post delivery standards:
